  Location Excellent for visiting Taunton . Rooms nicely presented, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast both service and food very good.

  Booked online. Not a problem with that. Went and checked in. Went to the room and found some issues. As we had Prior arrangements to do i sent an email to the hotel. I was told to go down and speak to reception. I responded saying that I am out all evening and would not be back until the early hours of the morning.
  
  I received an email back from the hotel owner stating that if I was not happy with the room and the hotel then I should just collect my property and leave the hotel. I found that was quite rude of the hotel owner. I responded in a polite manner saying that her response was unprofessional.
  
  I was then sent another email saying that she is shocked by my disrespectful arrogant manner and that I was trying to get discount.
  
  I would have been happy with a change of room but that wasn't offered.
  
  I would avoid at all cost. I can send proof of the emails to anyone who would like to see them.

  Hotel is in a good location for visiting Taunton, rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast very good
